It strenghtens u...I think solitude is not negative. It strenghtens us and gives the possibility of living our spiritual life. If we are involved in wordly activities all the way, there is no room for spiritual life. If we want to meditate or write a book we need solitude. Personally in my life I follow the middle way: neither too much in the midst of the crowd nor too much alone. Following the middle way is the right path toward enlightement.<br />The book I have written may help in this direction. The title is "Travels of the Mind". It is available online.
